Only in MN - 40s one day....73 the next!

Friday (April 13) - the first Twins Game of the year for us. It was a brisk 48 with a cool wind and some light rain. Luckily our season tickets are in the Legends Club so we were able to go in and warm up when it got too cold. Logan loves our seats and will be in heaven all summer - hopefully May/June/July and August will bring some warm days to sit outside and enjoy the games. I have a feeling it will be a long season with many losses for the Twins!

In contrast, we woke up Saturday to a humid morning and by 9am the kids were running around the neighborhood in shorts. We played hours of hockey, mowed the grass for the first time, went running, played in the inflatable at one of our neighbors and even had our first summer water fight. All the kids had their swimsuits on except Carter who wanted to wear his pants - it is hard to tell by the picture but he is soaked. I think he is a little self conscious of the "bumps" on his legs as he is the only kid I know who doesn't want to wear shorts regardless of the weather.
