12 Days of vacation

Time to go back to work tomorrow - or tonight for Shawn as he flies to AZ. Quick summary of our holiday memories:

-Logan's 9th birthday party at Brunswick Bowl
-One case of strep, one case of 24 hour flu and three head colds
-Volunteered at two Christmas Eve services minus Logan due to strep. Hosanna had over 21,000 people attend services. Amazing!
-Four hockey practices
-Trip to Duluth for the Mattson Christmas. Visits to the Train Depot and Aquarium. Day of skiing at Spirit Mountain. Started with Carter crying after the 1st run when he crashed on the bunny hill. He quickly got his ski legs back from last season and was screaming down the blue runs.
-Christmas with the Mayfields
-Visit from Santa. Logan got his in-ground basketball system and Carter was ecstatic to get his Mario 3DS
-Annual New Years Eve party at the Porter's. This was the 16th annual. How everyone has changed through the years. Logan and Sara stayed till 12:30am.
-Couple trips to the movie theater: Wreck it Ralph and Les Mis
-Carter and Daddy day at Chuck-e-Cheese
-Lots of trips to the health club to go swimming and rock climbing
-And the highlight, going to the Viking/Packer game and having our ears ring for 2 days.

Time flies when you are having fun!  Hope everyone had a safe and blessed holiday season.
